Family Owned & Operated Since 1990

For over 30 years, flooring, carpentry, restoration, and remodeling has been our business. We intended for Cornell’s Floor Sanding Sanding, Inc. to be a local floor sanding company, hence the company name. Soon after being established we experienced rapid growth simply by being willing to accept new challenges. Within a year, besides sanding and installing hardwood floors, we started handling wood molding, trims, stairs and railings, deck sanding/repair, wood floor leveling, restoring existing floors, custom borders and much more.

Though much has changed since we started, the one thing that has remained constant is our commitment to embodying our family-owned and operated status — which for us means remaining unwavering in our strong work ethic.
